About UT1HL

Founded in 2018, the United Tier 1 Hockey League was designed to bring half season & full season teams together for a competitive balanced schedule. The schedule includes weekend home/away games & is highlighted with five showcases designed to provide maximum exposure for its member organizations and their players. The UT1HL hosts youth tournaments as well, bringing teams from all over North America together to compete. 

Key information

Overview

  • Full Season Teams: 20-30 Games including a minimum of 3 Showcases. Final Showcase will be a playoff weekend.
  • Split Season Teams: 12-15 games including 2-3 Showcases.
  • Regular Season Games: Teams will schedule regular season games outside of the showcase events with other local league members. These games will count towards the standings.
  • Up To Date Website 
  • Games on FloHockey
  • Statistics on EliteProspects
  • FT Photographer & Videographer attending events & posting on social media 2-3x/week.

League Provides

  • Statistics and Standings updated regularly on website
  • Social Media posts 2-3x/week
  • Website Management
  • Organize League Playoffs/Showcase weekends.
  • Help with promotion of member team events, tryouts, news.
  • Recruit new member teams that will meet the standards of the league.
  • Assist teams in scheduling games.
  • Support Staff to help with bus & hotel arrangements.

  1. September 19-21 (New England Sports Center Marlboro, Mass)
  2. November 14 -16 (Essex Sports Center Middleton, Mass)
  3. December 19-21 (Monteal, Quebec)
  4. January 30-February 1 – All Ages and U14 Tier 1 Playoffs (New England Sports Center Marlboro, Mass)
  5. Playoffs U15-U18: February 27-March 1 (Essex Sports Center Middleton, Mass)

United Tier 1 Youth Tournament Series
